For the pages between meetings

Read ahead.
Keep it secret, keep it safe.

Quorum gives a private book club a place to leave a thought at the page that sparked it. A friend sees the note only after they have read that far.

Drag the marker or use the arrow keys. Notes unlock at pages 45, 168, and 240. This illustrates the reveal; it is not the app’s page-entry control.

At page 1, no notes are unlocked.

Move at your own pace. The notes wait.

The idea is simple

The conversation keeps your place.

Reading does not happen on a schedule. Quorum lets the discussion wait patiently without spoiling what comes next.

  1. 01

    Keep your page

Record the exact page you have reached in the club’s shared edition.

  2. 02

    Leave the thought

Capture a note while the passage is still fresh.

  3. 03

    Meet there later

Your friend unlocks the note only after reaching that page.

Quiet on purpose

A reading room, not another feed.

Quorum is being made for a private circle and one good book at a time. The design leaves out the pressure that makes reading feel like a performance.

  • 01

    Private by default

Your club’s reading and conversation stay inside the club.

  • 02

    Spoiler boundaries that mean something

For the pilot, one shared print edition keeps every note tied to an exact page.

  • 03

    No race to the end

No public follower counts, reading streaks, rankings, or pressure to catch up.

Your friends were waiting here.

That is the moment Quorum is built around.

A few good questions

Before you turn the page.

Who is Quorum for?

Quorum is being built for private book clubs whose members read at different times but still want to share the thoughts that happen mid-book.

How does Quorum avoid spoilers?

In the private pilot, everyone uses the same physical edition. A note is attached to an exact page and waits until another reader records that page or later. Other editions and formats are not yet supported.

Can I download it now?

Not yet. Quorum is in development for a private iPhone pilot. Store availability will come only after the reading loop and public-safety work are proven.

What does Quorum collect?

The pilot needs account, club, book, exact-page progress, and note data to provide the reading loop. The website has no analytics or advertising trackers. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete current description.

Private pilot

Starting with one club and one shared book.

Quorum is deliberately beginning small. The first goal is to prove that a page, a note, and a patient reveal can make reading together feel closer.
