Request deletion by email
support@lukerykta.ioUse the subject “Delete my Quorum account.” This public path is available without the app. Before a store release, Quorum must also provide an intuitive in-app way to initiate deletion.
1. Identify the account safely
State that you want the account deleted and provide only enough information to identify the pilot account. Do not send a password, provider token, authentication link, invitation link, or note text. Quorum may ask you to confirm the request through a secure method tied to the original sign-in account so another person cannot delete your account. Verification will not require reinstalling the app; a secure app-independent alternative will remain available.
2. Data covered by deletion
The reviewed V0 deletion process is designed to remove:
- your Quorum profile and active club membership;
- your authentication account in Quorum’s backend;
- the V0 notes you authored;
- your device-local Quorum draft and publication keys; and
- other account data that is no longer required for security or law.
Deleting one account does not delete another member, the shared book or read, or content authored by someone else.
3. Timing and confirmation
Quorum has not yet published a fixed processing window because the full production deletion and backup-retention workflow is still being proved. Before this page is submitted as a store deletion URL, it will state the verified timeframe. For a current pilot request, the support response will give the applicable timeframe after identity is confirmed and will confirm completion.
4. Limited retention
Quorum may retain the minimum content-free record needed to show that a request was received and completed, protect the service from abuse, or meet a legal obligation. Any applicable exception and expected duration will be explained in the response; deactivation alone is not treated as deletion.
